• No treatment outcome is guaranteed in absolute terms.
• Patients are required to disclose all relevant medical history before starting any treatment for safety reasons.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• If you wish to cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Refund policies for treatment packages, if applicable, will be discussed and shared in writing during the consultation.
• No refunds will be issued for sessions already availed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Healthy Wave Skin and Aesthetic Clinic, its doctors, and staff are not liable for:

• Adverse reactions caused due to undisclosed medical conditions
• Outcomes resulting from non-adherence to post-treatment care advice
